Assistant Head Teller

Position Description: Assists Head Teller in all operational and administrative areas. Ensures all tellers are performing responsibilities properly to include receiving and distributing monies, recording transactions, assisting customers, etc. Promotes and refers bank products and services to customers as appropriate. Confirms and approves daily teller balances for each teller position at the branch. Provides new and ongoing training for tellers.

Position Qualifications: Candidate must have at least three years teller experience. Previous supervisory experience strongly preferred. Must have knowledge of bank products and services as well as good reasoning and problem solving skills. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills required.
